WHO ARE WE ? The Michigan Vet Fest is a group of Veteran's and non Veteran's in the Detroit area.

WHAT DO WE DO EXACTLY? Once a year we organize, promote and host a non profit benefit concert/festival.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PROCEEDS? 100 % of the proceeds go directly to an organization in Wayne Michigan called Veteran's Haven.

WHAT DOES VETERANS HAVEN DO? The name kind of says it all. They use those proceeds and other donations to directly assist our Veteran's who are down and out. They provide food, shelter , clothing, counseling and more to out Vet's.

WHAT ABOUT THE BENEFIT CONCERT? The concert is an all day family friendly affair, and it includes live music, children's activites, a magician,vendors, thousands of classic cars, food and more. ALL the work is done at the fest on a volunteer basis, everyone works for free in the spirit of giving to our Vets, including a LONG list of fine local musicians.

HOW YOU CAN HELP? Simple, come to the fest! or you can make a donation at any time during the year, in the name of the fest! Just contact the Haven, and they will assist you with a quick and easy way to send a check to them. They will send you a receipt for tax purposes of course. We're also always recruiting new volunteers to help work the day of the fest. This is a fun and easy way to help that doesn't cost you a cent, and you will go home tired, but with a fantastic feeling of accomplishment.
